Our accommodation is spread over 3 floors, has full central heating, TV, and complimentary beverage tray and toiletries. Bedrooms which are all en-suite, have been recently redecorated and are spacious light and fresh. A residents lounge is available. All our rooms are Non-smoking. A full range of rooms are available including double, family, single and twins. Cots, Highchairs, Ironing boards, Irons and Hairdryers are available if required. Ground floor rooms are also available. Freshly cooked full English breakfast is served between 7. am, (earlier by arrangement)on weekdays and 8 till 0945 on a weekend and Bank Holidays. Car parking available (limited on a first come first served basis)with security lighting. On street parking nearby within 200yds Please see booking policy for further details. Full fire certificate held. Reception closes before 11pm. We do not accept late check-in (past 10pm) except by prior arrangement. A credit card is required as a garauntee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Payment is not taken until checkout, unless otherwise specified, so please remember to bring your credit card with you if you wish to use this method to pay. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CHARGE 2% SURCHARGE FOR ALL PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD (4% charge on AMEX). All bedrooms in the hotel are totally non-smoking. Smoking in a bedroom will incur an extra charge of the cost of one nights stay for reinstatement of that room to its previous state. Car-parking at the rear of the hotel (in our own carpark) is on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved or gauranteed, however on street parking is available within 200 - 500 yds away although this again cannot be gauranteed. Please remember this is a busy residential and hotel area in the centre of Plymouth so parking is limited and may at peak times be difficult to obtain near the hotel. Parking on the road directly in front of the hotel or at the rear of the hotel may incur a council parking fine. We will endeavour to help direct you to parking facilities on your arrival. Late checkouts by prior arrangement and according to availability. No take-aways meals are allowed to be brought into the hotel. We regret we do not accept pets .
